Here’s a few film images from our vacay in Bermuda back in July. I am so grateful for this family of mine…they make my life bigger and more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. My husband, Chris, is a supportive loving partner, a hands on dad, a funny friend, and an inspiring mentor. Ethan, 4, is a reserved and thoughtful boy. Wise beyond his years and the world’s best hugger. Matt, 3, is sensitive and has so much love to give. I adore his sweet joyful laugh that makes me melt each and every time. Yep, I pretty much lucked out.
So there’s just something about shooting film that brings me incredible joy. The colors, the imperfections, the deliberation, the romance, the magic, the anticipation. Can you tell I have fallen hard?? My hope is that I will incorporate more of it into my work. I just got back from Los Angeles where I shot an engagement and maternity session 100% film. Can’t wait to share those with everyone!
